Notes

Steep at 149F, for 60min. Boil 60min, adding hops according to their boil times. Cool, ferment for 2 weeks, then transfer to secondary for 2 additional weeks. Sugar should be 6g perlitre of beer.


Using ingredients found at local homebrew store. Extract conversion. Original Recipie calls for 9.5lbs 2H Pale Malt. Also subbed ale yeast, should be natural ale chico strain
