Notes

Brewed for the annual Lawrence Brewers Guild Pints for Pets fundraiser for the Lawrence Humane Society. And named after my asshole old man chihuahua, Moondale. (He's known to bite, particularly anyone who is not me and tries to put a leash on him.)

Ginger & White Peppercorns added to everclear to make a tincture then added to the keg.

5 day primary fermentation, additional 5 days for peaches in secondary, 3 days for dry hops.
