Notes
After cooling down to below 77, take a gravity reading
Pitch yeast
Let ferment for at least 10+ days
Take a gravity reading at 10 days. Record and take again in 2 days. If the reading hasn't changed, proceed to bottling.
Add crap drops to bottle or priming sugar
Bottling and let carbonate at room temperature for 4 weeks.
Put in fridge and let lager for 4+ weeks (the longer, the better)
When pouring bottles, be careful not to shake up since sediment has settled to the bottom.
