Inspired by the mouth-puckering sour flavor of fresh-picked passionfruit in the Florida winter, this beer employs Mosaic hops during the boil and a dry-hop of Citra. Adding the fresh passionfruit late in the fermentation gives it a great tropical vibe. A late sugar addition gives it a hint of sweetness.
