I took my main Bavarian Weizen recipe and modifying it to a Dunkel Weizenbock. From what I have read and seen in recipes, you have both light and dark Weizenbock recipes. https://learn.kegerator.com/weizenbock/. I was going to use some Briess Midnight Wheat Malt but that makes the color too dark for the style, so I went with Caramunich Type 3. Also keeping the grain bill to at least 50% wheat malt. 20% off grain, re-using yeast and homegrown hops so removing those costs. Water requirements were 24 quarts and 8.4 quarts sparge, but I know my RoboBrew has issues with more than 22 liters so that will be starting volume.
