Brew day 15 oct 23

AMS added to bring calcium carbonate down to 40mg/l
5g yeast nutrient added near end of boil plus Protofloc
fermentation done in 36hrs? bottled after 5 days.
Taste when bottling was unusual, tasted like a sour beer, not pleasant, might be the wild hops I used?
Tried a bottle after 1 week and was much better sourness gone will try again in a couple of weeks
