Going to split this batch into 2 fermenters, one under pressure and one not under pressure. Aiming to get 8 gallons total, with 4 gallons in two different kegs. Triangle Test when done.
Ferment temp at 72 degrees with the one that is not under pressure.
Milled all grains at .040" or 1mm.
