Notes

Steep grains for 40min @ 170°F.

Bring water volume up to 3 gallons. Add extract. Bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes to boil off DMS.

After 15 minutes, add 1oz Fuggle hops, start 60 minute timer. After 60 minutes, kill flame and add 1oz Cascade.

Begin chilling wort, get it down to 70°F, rack into a cleaned/sanitized fermenter, pitch WLP007, cap with an airlock and set in a cool dark place to ferment for two weeks. Make sure the fermenter is kept warm enough to maintain a 68-70°F fermentation temperature. Bottle with 4oz of priming sugar after two weeks and condition/carbonate for at least a week.
