OG (1.042, Range 1.036-1.044), FG (1.011, Range 1.007-1.011), ABV (4.16%, Range 4-4.5%), IBU (38.27, Range 25-45), SRM (50, Range 25-40)
- SRM is 5 outside of range making it a darker beer than expected of an Irish Stout
- Changes:
-- Scale from 1 gallon to 2 gallons for batch size
-- Changed boil time to 45 minutes from an hour and mash time to 45 minutes
-- Yeast changed from Irish Ale 1084 to Dublin Ale 151
