Brewed on 12/29/2022 via BIAB method.

8 gallons of strike water temp = 156 F
Mash temp = 152.8 F for 60 minutes.
7.75 gallons of SG = 5.5 Brix = 1.0217 g/L
OG = 8.4 Brix = 1.033 g/L
FG = 4.6 Brix = 1.009 g/L after correction for ethanol

I put most in a 5 gallon keg on January 6, 2023. Some was put in bottles to mimic belgian table beer served in 1L bottles at higher carbonation (~2.7 volumes).
