Notes

Switched to Nelson Sauvin as I had those on-hand. Beer was very tasty.

First time brewing an IPA, or any other beer, using 34/70 yeast. Loved how the hop flavor was brighter than in other beers. Not a bitter bomb at all, just good pronounced hop flavors coming through. Enjoyed this beer.
