Notes
12/13/2021 - Brewed. Note late addition of DME after 60 minute boil, bring back to boil, flame out.
2/7/2022 - Sampled. Wonderful! Best lager yet, actually probably better than any lager I've had!
10/27/22 - Converted recipe to all grain from hybrid grain/DME today and order materials from Morebeer. Changed yeast to Saflager 34/70 from Lallamend Diamond Lager as 34/70 will ferment at my store room temp of 65 degrees. Worked fine at this fermentation temp.
1/16/23 - Brewed. Will Use Pilsen DME for bottle conditioning. OG 10.48. 5.5 gal in fermenter. Fermenter temp 72 degrees. Fermentation temp 65 degrees. Mash pH 5.4 average; my well water is 7.5. Forgot the fining and the nutrient!
