Tuvimos un OG de 1.063. Hicimos el mash con 27 galones de agua, colectamos hasta 37 galones durante el sparge, en el boiling kettle. En el fermentador quedaron 32.5 galones. Se le echó 17 ml de ácido fosfórico y el pH se estabilizó en 5.30.
