Going well so far. OG as stated ( 1.068ish ).

Yeast dry pitched and happy as shit.

I keep under pitching at these higher rates. I read that Kveik can go nuts when under pitched, but maybe not as nuts as I thought...

I'll try starter or double pack next time.

Actually, I will leave it fermenting for another day to see any change.

Tastes great from gravity sample though!
