Notes

July 23, 2022 - Mashed grains in directly at 152°F for 60 min. Added 185°F sparge water to bring mash to 175-ish for mash out. Allowed to rest for 30 min before sparge.

Collected 7.5 gal @ 9 Brix (1.036). 90 min total boil, add hop charges according to schedule.

After boil collected 4.5 gal @ 1.053. Added 0.5 gal spring water to correct to 1.047
