Lallemand - LALBREW® KÖLN KÖLSCH KOLSCH STYLE ALE YEAST

Allow up to 24-36h before this yeast starts to activate :) Patience is the key :)

(2 days on 15c , 2 days on 17c, 2 days on 18c.. total 6 days pressure fermenting with fermzilla allrounder at 1,5bar)
