Neon Culture Brewing Collab - draft recipe

starting with bordeax raspberry wheat recipe....adding oak smoked malt and pineapple puree. choosing 3 lb, in between what ive used for wheat (~5%) and what ive used for milkshake ipa (~8%)

todo :

  • needs target system efficiency
  • needs to be scaled to target batch size
  • document water situation / pH adjustments
  • consider hothead, voss for yeast to match fruity flavors. may save you on time as well. otherwise id suggest london
