Notes

Updated v2 per this recipe. Lost v2 which was Sip O Sunshine with salts. Salt notes below. Probably can retrieve salts link in tool.

Trying new hops and locking in malts available from MOREBEER.


Most use of salts to adjust water. Original taste had some overtones of salt, but dissipates as carbonation takes place. Jury still out as keg is just settling to drinkable compared to v1 (no salts, all citra, some corn sugar). this is a good IPA tho!!
