Notes

Brewed 3/15/2022. Filtered tap water with 1 tsp CaCl + 10 ml Lactic Acid. Mash in at 142F, hold 20 min, infuse to 155F, hold 20 min, infuse to 161F, hold 20 min, recirculate 15 min, lauter to boiler. Canned .75 gallon of wort for yeast starters. Added 4 oz Sinamar to get dark color without roasted malt flavor. By leaving out the Sinamar, would get an amber Polotmave Pivo at about 10L.

This turned out to be a great dark lager. Compared to Kostritzer Schwarzbier...not quite as dark and less roasted malt flavor.
