Notes

This is Harrisons Brewshed Secret City recipe. I scaled it down...it uses Vic Secret and one of my favorite hops - El Dorado, with a bit of Mosaic whacked in at the end for rounding out the aroma. Super super simple beer.

His Vic Secret - AA 15.5% Yield: 24.5 IBUs @30 Mins Pineapple/Passionfruit
His El Dorado - AA 14.1% Yield: 29.5 IBUs @30 Mins Pineapple/Pear/Watermelon/Stone fruit

Dry Hop:
His Vic Secret - AA 15.5% Yield: @3 Days
His Mosaic - AA 11.5% Yield: @3 Days Blueberry/Berry Medley/Bubblegum/Citrusy

I added some Acidulated to handle pH issues.

Harry used Munton's Pale Malt
Mashed in at 66C
