Notes
Simple seltzer made with peach flavor from LorAnn Super Strength Flavor. Yeast nutrient added twice during fermentation to allow full attenuation.
Cold crashed for clarity. Kegged, flavored, back sweetened with simple syrup, carbonated, and served.
