Notes

This was a quick IPA i wanted to do for a visit from my brother, and i noticed on the home brew shops web site the hop Olicana, which were described as British tropical hops.

I for some reason cannot get the water profile to pull through but it is base London tap water (So has a high level of chewiness) which I added 7g of citric acid to the mash and sparge water. PH was around 7.3 for the base and then around 5.3 post the mash.

Fermentation was done a British (very wet) summer time room temp so between 18 degrees and 22 degrees. It went into a plastic bucket on Sunday 15/08 and went into the Keg 18/08.
