Notes

Macerar a 67 grados durante 60 min.

Recircular los primero 20 min y los últimos 10 min.

Whirlpool al finalizar hervido durante 10 minutos.
Reposo por 15 minutos y luego de ello colocar el enfriador de inmersión en lado opuesto al termómetro.

Fermentación a 18 grados entre 3-5 días.
Luego a 20 grados y hacer Dry Hopping 5-7 días.

Madurado en barril con freezer a -2ºC (Esto debería llevar la cerveza a 0ºC aprox)
