Notes
400ml of Safeway's Organic Very Dark maple syrup. (14 oz)
No matter how high the alpha acid for the hops I used magnums my experience the maple syrup masked any hoppiness to my suggestion any hop would do the job. tastes like a clean lager with nice body on the little sweet side. Bottle conditioned 3 months.
