Notes

400ml of Safeway's Organic Very Dark maple syrup. (14 oz)
the hops I used magnums my experience the maple syrup masked any hoppiness to my suggestion any hop would do the job. tastes like a clean enjoyable lager with nice body on the little sweet side. Bottle conditioned 3 months. To me I like this as a hybrid Lager as it does not have the lager taste but more enjoyable easy drinking beer.
