pH was on the money using the calculator in the program and my water info.
Tasty's recipe calls for West Yorkshire yeast. I had English ale yeast and it works fine. Final gravity was 1.015
This is BIAB method. Pre boil gravity was 1.038, Post 1.046. Don't know how to enter actual vs estimated.
