Notes

this came out great, my best effort yet. Very fruity (sweet grapefruit) with nice colour and haze, my details on the hop editions are uncertain (they occurred after flame out and before the whirlpool).
I am not sure under which category to log that in the recipe.

cost of all ingredients was $42

CTZ hops from BSG had 13.9%AA
Citra(25.2%) and Simcoe(26.5%) were both cryo hops from Yakima chief so I used half of what is stated in the recipe.

The Citra hops were added to the fermentor two days after the yeast were pitched. The beer was actively fermenting by this time, but took a full 24 hours to get going. fermented on a basement floor in an unheated space that remained about 14 C.

Next time use hop bags, even for the dry hops????
