Notes
  • Steep grains for 20 min. as water heats up
  • Bring wort to a boil, remove from heat, stir in extract
  • Return to boil, add fuggles hops, 60 min. boil
  • With 20 min. remaining, add EK hops
  • With 10 min. left, add and stir lactose
  • With 5 min. left, add nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Cool wort to 70 degrees and pitch 2 oz. of yeast
  • Ferment at 70 degrees
  • After fermentation, transfer to secondary and add 4 oz. of maple syrup
  • Can add more nutmeg and cinnamon or vanilla to secondary if desired
