4.5 gallons of wort was drawn off and caramelized to 1.5 gallons and then rest of wort added to brew kettle.

Hops used were locally grown. Not sure of what type they are as I have been unable to find a way to identify them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

One package of WL028 yeast (500ml).
Brew date 12/19/20

After boil SG - 1.084
12/26 - 1.042
1/1 - 1.034
1/3 - 1.029. Temp raised to 62 degrees.
1/23 - 1.018 Crashed to 34 degrees.

Final SG was 1.0136 with a ABV of 9.53.
