Notes

Brew day started with a fouled set up with grain mill and grains milled to fine.
Mash base screen not seated correctly and had to drain and remove grain.
Fine mesh screen trapped grain resulting in a stuck sparge and left overnight.
Removed grain and filtered as best I couldusing the pump and a grain bag after sieving.
Mash PH 5.19
Pre-boil gravity 12.8 Brix12/31/2020 2:36:15 PM :
Post boil when cooled 1.061 using hydrometer.
