Notes

If you've been to Boston, you might have tried a Sam Adams beer. This brewski is inspired by their Boston Lager. The simple grain bill provides a decent malt backbone to accompany the mellow noble hop profile. The mosaic dry hop adds a bit of tropical, berry flavor to compliment the earthy, herbal notes of the German hops.

This recipe was originally brewed for my Grandpa's 90th birthday, ironically he's from New York City. He always said "Hey! You oughta brew one of them Boston lagahs!" New York Accent This is what I came up with.

So skip the packy (bottle shop), pahk the caah in the front yaahd, put on the Sox game and crack open this "Baahston Strawng Ale". Seriously dude its wicked good! Boston Accent
