Target Water Profile
Boulder City Tap
Notes
08/01/20: Mash in with 15 L at 163 F, mash temp 152 F. Hold one hour, drain. Add water at 190 F to fill cooler almost all the way to the top, rain. This produces around 24 L run off, so added a little more water to grain bed and then ran off to make 26 L.
Pitch dregs from 1 L starter, pitch at 72 F. Ferm start at 66 F due to using wet t-shirt for cooling further.
08/19/20, racked to keg and added 3 oz Lupomax Citra and 2 oz simcoe (13,3 alpha) dry hops.
