1oz sweet orange zest/peel at 10 min and 1oz crushed corriander at 2-5min
5 mandarins @160 degrees in .5gal to primary ferm
12AUG2020 - First brew ABV came out to 5% (i think we undercut our water amounts, additional wate added to the Primary caused a big miss on the OG), the corriander notes are pretty strong. Might drop to .5oz crushed corriander and possibly drop the early 60 min Amarillo addition to lower IBUs. Very light and drinkable. Great cirtus aroma and flavor, but the corriander takes over IMO. Will makes changes and update after brew#2. Possible Citra ddry hop? Or the Bavaria Mandarina?
