Notes

Check for next time:

  1. How is the body? Does it need oats/wheat? (Perhaps 10% each for the grain bill)? Does it have a thin mouthfeel?
  2. Is the perceived sweetness good? (Less or no honey malt or corn sugar instead of turbinado? Perhaps mash at 149-150 versus 152-154?)
  3. Is it dry hopped enough? Push the late hop additions even more?
  4. How is the tropical flavor versus tropical nose?

*My El Dorado package had 8.4 oz versus 8 oz, so I dry hopped with a total of 2.4 oz El Dorado versus 2 oz in the recipe.
