Notes:

  • Use Irish Moss (error on site when I tried to add it)
  • Pitch at 19C, let rise to 20C over first day, hold at 20C for 3 days, then raise 2-3C over a few days to help attenuate.
  • 2-3 weeks in primary
  • age in secondary for 2-4 months
