Notes

Aging on 1/2 stick American medium oak spiral and 1 stick of American medium-plus oak spiral in the keg. Adding Maker's Mark to taste (probably about 8-10 ounces) and removing the spirals when the desired oakiness is reached. Brewed on 08/29/2020. Added oak on 09/14/2020. Kegged on 10/03/20 on the spirals. Aging for 6+ months.
