Notes

Beautiful,inky black appearance w creamy head. Piney aroma, super smooth and thick body with moderate carbonation, a touch of roast and chocolate character but mostly hops -- woodsy, spicy (rye), a little licorice flavor also. One of my all-time favorites.
2nd place "Beyond the Pale" W&H Shop Hoptoberfest 2015 -- scored 37, 42, 43.
