Added 1 oz Hungarian medium toast oak cubes. Filled bottom of mason jar with wood and enough water to float them. Microwaved with dish on top until boiling. Repeated a few times. Let sit a few minutes. Strained off water and added just oak to keg. Racked on top.
Put on gas at 30 psi for 36 hours then reduced to serving pressure. |
