    OG: 1078 (Refract.) 10 (Tilt)
    Substitutes:
    -Veloria Schooner in for Gladfield Ale Malt
    -Chinook pellets (100g) in for Mosaic CRYO at whirlpool
    Yeast: M42 New World (x2) dry pitched at 25 C.
    5/7/23: Dry hopped and chilled to 10 C.
    6/7/23: Cold crashed to 1 C.
    8/7/23: Kegged and carbed with CO2 rig.

  • Mash vol.: 32 L, Pre-boil vol.: 28 L, Batch vol.: 22 L

  • Batch was about 2-3 L bigger than expected 19 L, next time mash with 31 L.
    Tilt stopped working so no FG.
    20/6/21 - Dry hopped and chilled to 10C.
    27/6/21 - Kegged and carbed
    17/7/21 - This is a very tasty beer, lots of fruity hops and a clean aroma with a slight resin hop finish that lingers, make this again.
