My first Brut IPA, I'll see how it goes!

The last dry hop was done in the keg after packaging.

Based on https://web.archive.org/web/20210124130709/https://www.whitelabs.com/recipes/ales/brut-ipa with the hops changed to Nelson Sauvin because I think the flavours will go good with a brut IPA.

I'm only doing a 13l batch so 5ml (half vial) of Ultra-Ferm is fine. I have tested it on another batch and adding it to the fermenter works great. You might need more for bigger batches but it might just take longer.
