Notes
First time doing Iodine test and waited for full conversion that ran the mash to 90 mins. Had planned for 60 mins. as usual. The long mash resulted in a higher pre-boil gravity of 1.041 so I did a dilution calc and added a gal. to get my numbers back on target. I expect this to have an impact on hop flavor. Next version I will check gravity throughout the mash and mash to target PB gravity.
