My Brewing:

I brew 5 gallon all grain batches. I just converted a fridge with heater and temp control for fermenting and cold crashing. I use two ten gallon coolers for fermenting and sparging.

My Beers:

I am totally am IPA guy, mostly double IPA. I do brew some ambers, stouts and occasionally a winter ale.
