Notes: Based on a makeshift beer. Originally ran out of Citra hops, so I threw in some more cascade and Denali hops at 15 and 2 minutes (flame out). Result was pretty good, but a little piney for my liking. Overall a good addition. This variant employed Mosaic, which is a more common combo with Cirta. |
