Ozarks Vienna Blonde. Needs a little time to settle a bit still, but tasting great and love the color. Very happy with this brew and I'm sure it will only get better...if it lasts long enough.
I'm sure it will! My carb pressure is a little high for it at 10PSI that's giving it the foaming head but yeah there's nothing lacking in retention or flavour. It drinks like a solid tried and tested recipie not really any room for improvement.
Ditto on Newport. I can taste the Cioppino at Sharks and then walk down the street to the Rogue Public House for a pint or two.
Hey @Ozarks Mountain Brew everyone here at the house really likes your Vienna Blonde including myself. Super easy drinker, and It'll be near perfect in a few days. Definitely going to be a regular.
Brought back the Nordic Princess. A raspberry wheat fermented with Voss Kveik. Just frickin outstanding.
I copied a clone recipe for this, but I already have VERY good NEIPA, not much sense having another. How was this one?
One guess what kinda joint I had dinner at last night...…… It was this or a Heinnie so I stayed in country. I will give the brewers points on consistency though, this stuff tastes the same as it did when I was 18, pale with only a mild hint of skunkieness!
