That Guinness extra stout is my favorite GuinnessI’m researching, be patient. Today I found these subjects at Total Wine, not all that I was looking for. I need to find a better bottle shop.

Thanks. There was a wicked cold break with this beer like I’ve never seen before. But I have never found clear wort to be a prerequisite to clear finished beer, and I’m not convinced that this one will finish clear. We shall see.And nice clarity too!
