Notes

This will be split in two:
1) will be an ESB, DH with either target or EKG
2) will be a London Pride, diluted w boiled water.
To do this, would brew 38.5L, and add 16.5L of this to 5.5L water on the LP batch.

Yeast is 0.5L WLP002 slurry I scooped from the bottom of my fermenter from my last batch (Jarl). To convince myself all was well, I made a 1.5L starter with 50% of the slurry. It kicked off nicely.

At the present time I don't have Challenger. I will try to buy tomorrow. I read that german Perle is an alternative, which I have, but not enough of. If I can't find any, will replace with EKG/Fuggles/ or something/.
