Notes

8/8/20-This will be my first lager. Being salts and acidity will be separately calculated and recorded. It didn't update properly, but I am adding 1 1/2 ml of 75% Phosphoric to both Mash and Sparge. This ended up way more alcoholic than planned. I need to drop at least 1# of pilsner out of this recipe next time to get a session lager. I did not use rice flakes, there is 1# of brown rice, pre-cooked and added to the mash. The starter washout 1L of wort pulled about 5 minutes into the boil and chilled. Yeast pitched and put on the stir plate until time to go.
