Delightful! Tasted today after 9 days bottle conditioning. Can use a bit more time for that, but it was satisfactorily carbed. The Mosaic hop signature was remarkably clean, and not at all overpowering, while being satisfying and well.. not wimpy ... the balance with the malt seemed right in there for an IPA lover, and a certain citrusy tanginess had me reaching for the glass again. Very nice. Not sure what I'm reacting to .. the yeast, the rye, or the hops, or did I just manage to get it all right and make something that is nicely balanced? Will brew this one again!
