Notes

My attempt to make a beer like Blue Moon for my wife. Since this is COVID-19 time, I am choosing to use a second generation US-05 slurry, so not looking for esters for flavor. While sticking with the general theme, I choose to use Cascade hops since I have them, and they may accentuate the citrus notes of the style.
