Notes

-Steep the grains at 160 on the stove for 30 minutes
-put in the DME at 155 in kettle
-add hops at start of boil in a hop bag
-Put Lactose in a container and mix with hot wort before adding to kettle so it doesn't shoot to the bottom
-Add cooling coil when you put in Lactose

This one turned out good. This was my last extract recipe. The only thing I didn't like is how the lactose was a little on the bottom of the bottles or glasses, but that is first world problems. The beer was great and got a lot of great compliments.
