Notes
-Steep the grains at 160 on the stove for 30 minutes
-put in the DME at 155 in kettle
-add hops at start of boil in a hop bag
-Put Lactose in a container and mix with hot wort before adding to kettle so it doesn't shoot to the bottom
-Add cooling coil when you put in Lactose
